Lucy was my first design hire and she set the standard for the rest of the team as we grew. Her creativity, pragmatism, and raw talent created a foundation that made us all better. From print to digital, and everything in between, Lucy tackled and lead hundreds of projects with a strategic balance between customer & business needs. She can work independently with full autonomy or collaboratively with cross-departmental teams over the course of months to deliver best-in-class designs. She also effortlessly managed other designers on the team and guided partners to deliver the best solutions possible. The title "Brand Designer" may not explicitly capture the myriad of skills it encompasses. Just know Lucy is the real deal. 10/10 would hire again.
